About Role: Inside sales manager is the first to interact with a prospective client. He/She will understand clients’ requirements and propose probable solutions which can be provided by our company. Success is measured in terms of:

  • number of meeting set-up with clients, 
  • ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, 
  • participation in creating internal processes and structure.

Salary: 30K per month fixed plus performance variable upto 3K per week

Job Profile:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for setting up sales process, achieving sales targets, attracting and recruiting good talent, and shaping up our service offering with market feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets; initially by being hands-on and later, by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
  • Must hold a graduation or post-graduation degree in business administration or a related field
  • Must hold a graduation or post-graduation degree in business administration or a related field
  • Prior experience of working in a process-oriented sales environment. First hand knowledge of best sales practices and processes in OOH media selling is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
