A vehicle fabricated in a way that its sole purpose on the road is being noticed and carrying forward a message is called a Roadshow.
By combining our expertise in design, material understanding, and fabrication; we at Rolling Banners have been able to create some roadshow concepts which are not just highly noticeable, but also create long-lasting impression with powerful visual messaging.
Traditionally, roadshows have been deployed for the sole purpose of activating a defined catchment. The contribution to building brand equity has been marginal because of their appearance. They typically looked like a turnkey contraption put up in a location just for carrying temporary communication.
In our recent campaign for Savsol, with adequate support from client side management we attempted to create brand equity through roadshow by designing and fabricating a truck that not only looked stunning, it also carried brand communication in a larger-than-life visual form.
As it turned out, it was not that difficult. We took up a normal truck of recent make, removed its container and constructed our design over it with metal, ACP, Acrylic, and Flex.
Customized games were designed so that the audience participating in the activity can truly get immersed in brand experience for a permanent memory imprint. Caravan of 8 bikers traveling alongside the roadshow truck amplified its impact. The activity went viral over social media. The feeling of this roadshow is adequately captured in the following video:
